How to Order

Browse the shop by clicking on the product categories in the navigation on the left side of the screen. Click on product pictures to see more information and to load a larger picture. When you find a product you want to buy, click the "Add to Cart" button to add it to your cart. The item will now be shown in your shopping cart on the right of the screen. The total cost of items in the cart will be calculated automatically. 

You need to have cookies enabled in your Web browser to shop here. We use cookies to keep track of your current shopping session to personalize your experience and so that you may retrieve your shopping cart at any time. 

When you have finished shopping, click on the shopping cart icon or the 'Go to Checkout' link and you will be taken through the simple and secure payment process. You can place an order online and pay by credit card, debit card or PayPal. Your card details are verified automatically online by Shopify Payments, and are not stored on the site. Your personal details are kept secure at all times and are not shared with any other companies.

How do I pay for my order?

Pay for your order by credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, Facebook Pay, Google Pay, or Shopify’s Shop Pay. When you check out, you can choose your preferred payment method and follow the simple step-by-step instructions.

Paying by Credit or Debit Card

Go through the secure checkout as normal and select ‘Credit card'.

You can use major credit and debit cards.

Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, Discover, and AMEX, JCB, Elo.

Paying by Shop Pay & Shop Pay Installments

We offer Shopify Shop Pay & Shop Pay Installments. To use these options, you will need to have a Shopify account that has at least one delivery address and payment method stored.

Go through the secure checkout as normal and select your method of payment as Shop Pay or Shop Pay Installments.

You will be prompted to verify your Shop Pay account. Once logged in, you can select from the delivery addresses and payment methods associated with that account.

You can then continue as normal to confirm the payment total and place the order.

Please note that Last Chance Lighting does not store the payment details.

The payment will appear on your credit or debit card, listed as a charge to Last Chance Lighting. It is not possible for us to change this name on your payment method system.

Paying by Apple/Facebook/Google Pay

This payment method is only available when you purchase from your mobile device. You will need to have already set up an Apple Pay, Facebook Pay, or Google Pay account.

Go through the secure checkout as normal and in the express checkout section - select either Apple Pay, Facebook Pay or Google Pay.

You will then be asked to log into your Apple Pay/ Facebook Pay/Google Pay account - follow the instructions to authorize the payment.

Finally, you’ll be redirected to the Last Chance Lighting website to confirm your order.

What happens after you place your order?

After your order is submitted, please check for an email confirmation sent to the address you submitted. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information, so you know when to expect your package. When placing your order, please be sure to provide the best contact phone number with the delivery address, so the delivery driver knows who to contact as needed.

Cancellations 

You can cancel an order within a 24-hour window of order placement. If your order has already shipped (even if under the 24-hour window), it cannot be canceled, and will be treated as a return. Please review our Refunds and Returns Policy.

Availability

All our products are ready to ship and show our up-to-date stock availability. Shipping times and delivery dates are considered estimates and may change based on your shipping location.
