Pricing or Product Description Discrepancies

We make every effort to assure the accuracy of the pricing and product information on our website. From time to time, pricing or product information may be inaccurate. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel your order. A complete refund will be made for any items that have not yet been shipped. In the event of inaccurate product information, our sole responsibility will be to accept the product return and provide a customer refund.

Shipping Charges

Last Chance Lighting offers free ground shipping on most online lighting orders over $49, shipped within the continental U.S. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and international destinations are not available at this time. Expedited shipping is also available for an additional charge on some products. Expedited rates will be calculated during the checkout process once you have entered the shipping address. Select from the options provided.

All products are currently in stock and ship the next business day after the order is received. Orders are not fulfilled on weekends or federal holidays, but on the following business day. 

Once the item has shipped and tracking information is available, we can provide more accurate delivery information. Most shipments arrive within 2-10 business days after receiving shipping confirmation. For some larger products, you will be contacted by the carrier to make a delivery appointment.

Other important delivery exceptions:

Rural delivery is available to properties with a physical address.

Last Chance Lighting cannot deliver to P.O. Box locations or military APO/FPO addresses.

Last Chance Lighting cannot deliver to all countries and some products have restricted delivery areas.

Please Inspect your Last Chance Lighting Order

Inspect your order after receipt to ensure there are no damages or defects. You have up to 30 days to request a refund or return. Last Chance Lighting cannot be held responsible for any missing, or damaged goods if we are not notified within this time period. Please read our Refunds and Return Policy. 

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be determined based on your shipping address. Sales tax collection can be waived if a current and proper sales tax exemption certificate is provided.
